Add the cream of wheat to the hot water and sugar mixture while stirring with a wire whisk. Then add the butter and cook on medium high heat until the mixture starts to boil. After a few minutes of boiling, you'll see the mixture thicken. Remove from heat and add to individual bowls. You can eat them hot, or cold, but remember to refrigerate any leftovers.
